Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Assist skilled trades with material delivery and equipment setup
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
- Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Valley
- Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
