Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, cleanup, and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies to job sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction methods
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to pass mandatory background/drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
