Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Mix and pour concrete, install forms, and finish surfaces
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Maintain clean, organized job site with OSHA compliance
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Mon-Fri
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic math skills for material calculations
