Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and remove debris
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Support site preparation and finishing work
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening/background check
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements/material calculations
