Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall, and roofing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) consistently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
