Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks per project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper PPE usage and safety protocols
- Perform cleanup and waste management to maintain organized work zones
- Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
Qualifications
- Valid O-10 card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork communication skills
- Must possess own basic hand tools
