Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing work
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
- Perform daily equipment checks and preventive maintenance
- Complete detailed progress reports for project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
