- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload equipment and materials using proper techniques
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal throughout projects
- Follow verbal instructions and safety protocols precisely
- Support carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
Qualifications
- No construction experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team player with positive attitude
