Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools for excavation, demolition, and site prep
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Report maintenance needs for tools and machinery
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic tool operation experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Drug-free and background-check compliant
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
