Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and transport to designated areas
- Assist carpenters and masons with basic tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of power tools
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check
