Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up scaffolding
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and verbal instructions accurately
- Perform site cleanup and waste disposal
Qualifications
- 1+ year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible schedule (weekends/OT required)
- Pass background/drug screening
