Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including framing, concrete work, and site preparation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Operate light machinery such as jackhammers, saws, and demolition tools
- Transport materials and equipment using trucks or carts
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas Valley
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
