Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans precisely
- Complete daily safety inspections and equipment checks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
