Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain organized job sites and report hazards to site supervisors
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) after proper certification
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- OSHA 10-hour certification (we provide training)
- Willingness to travel within Northeast Ohio as needed
