Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople with scaffolding, demolition, and concrete work
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
- Basic tool operation knowledge or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- California OSHA 10-hour certification (preferred)
