Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools/materials
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and basic construction tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Complete daily timecards and report project progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
