Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols rigorously
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and manage waste disposal
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
- Participate in toolbox meetings and safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
