Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and demolition
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain project documentation

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
