Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean work environments
- Read blueprints and execute construction plans accurately
- Install temporary structures and assist with demolition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
