Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate basic equipment like shovels, wheelbarrows, and power tools safely
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain organized job sites by sorting materials and removing debris
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Complete daily timecards and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Punctual attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
