Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including framing, demolition, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools safely (hammers, saws, levels) and basic equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete daily task reports and communicate progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within San Antonio area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurements
