Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Participate in team-based construction activities with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Must be punctual and demonstrate strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
