- Read basic instructions and communicate effectively with team leads
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Support various construction phases from foundation to finishing
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
