Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Install scaffolding and temporary structures per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain job site cleanliness and waste management protocols
- Collaborate with subcontractors on complex installations
- Document daily progress via digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Class B CDL license preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with power tools and hand equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
