Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Participate in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily timecards and project documentation promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet tight construction deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in all weather conditions at elevated heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
