Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks (digging, lifting, carrying materials)
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and debris removal
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Assist in site setup/teardown procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
