Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and execute tasks from project managers
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Perform quality checks on completed work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
