Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and light equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespersons with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Transport materials and equipment using dollies, carts, and forklifts (certification provided)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
