Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled tradespersons with tasks like concrete pouring and framing
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions immediately
- Adapt to daily project changes and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
