Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and rough-in work.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under direct supervision.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Signal operators of heavy equipment to facilitate safe material movement.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Experience with basic construction tools and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and punctuality.
