Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Operate hand/power tools per OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Set up/dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
