Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and project completion
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain organized job sites and proper material handling
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
