Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols for equipment operation and hazard prevention
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and construction plans to support project execution
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, etc.) and heavy machinery (with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
