Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsInstall conduit, wiring, and electrical components per code requirementsPerform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systemsMaintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standardsDocument work progress and complete service reports accuratelyParticipate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Washington driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Commitment to completing 4-year apprenticeship program
