Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service and safety education to clients
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and panel upgrades
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and local building codes
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in diverse weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
