Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and transport tools to work areas
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, forklifts with certification)
- Read and interpret construction plans and instructions
- Complete daily timecards and project documentation
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Steel-toe boots and basic safety gear required
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
