Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal and trash disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Perform basic site preparation work, including excavation, leveling, and dirt work.
- Communicate effectively with crew supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
