Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and follow supervisor instructions
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying materials, and operating light machinery under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
