Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (saws, drills, levels)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain OSHA compliance
- Read blueprints and execute simple construction tasks as directed
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with power tools is a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
