Job Summary
We are looking for physically fit, motivated individuals to join our growing team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by providing essential support to our skilled tradespeople and ensuring job sites are safe, clean, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing support.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
