Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling grounds, and marking utility lines
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, excavators)
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and install scaffolding/frames
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report hazards
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers)
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
