Responsibilities
- Assist in general site preparation, including digging, tamping, and cleaning.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine site cleanup and waste removal.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic site plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
