Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties on active construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, digging, and leveling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Perform routine site cleanup and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
