Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials at the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
- Clean and maintain the construction site daily.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
