Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, and concrete finishing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
