Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at job sites efficiently.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and light machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, concrete pouring, and general cleanup.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Measure, cut, and shape building materials to precise specifications.
- Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and team members.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
