Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks on residential and commercial construction sites.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various duties.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, marking areas, and setting up barriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team structure.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
