Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen, such as carpenters, electricians, and masons, with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed by the foreman.
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment and tools when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
