Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Transport materials from storage areas to the job site.
- Assist in digging, leveling, and preparing surfaces for construction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (OSHA guidelines preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
