Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that work meets quality standards and safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other laborers, foremen, and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks safely and on schedule.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized job site to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a full-time schedule.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to understand instructions from supervisors.
- Safety Conscious: Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- No Experience Required: On-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates.
